Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia is an actor and model. In Australia she became famous for her part in the character Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, the soap which ran for 100 episodes between 2006-2007. The first show she appeared in Hollywood was the choral-comedy Hollywood & Wine, where she played a young actor who had never been to Hollywood. Following her role as Maya in Scrubs where she played a very seductive medical student. However the series is suddenly stopped. In the following months, she continued to shoot an episode of the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred the Jason Sudeiki and Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter, the actress appeared in short series and B series films. The year 2013 saw her to get more exposure for projects: she appeared in six scenes of the series detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first regular part on the web-series Chosen played on by Milo Ventimiglia. She plays in the first two seasons also giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. The following year she appeared in the supporting roles for two feature films featuring airplanes. The role she plays is that of a flight assistant. She along with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador the brand-new television series. This thriller series where the actors embody CIA agents. It is directed by the director Robert Rodriguez however does not over a total of 13 episodes. The pilot is in the process of being developed of a different series, but it doesn't succeed. In 2015 she therefore shared the trailer for a B-series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause then appeared as the comic Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The original Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was extensively distributed. She is also featured in five episodes of the Satisfaction series.
